How to use

1.Keep relax before measuring,sit down quietly for a moment.
2.Palms up,put the arm band parallel to the heart.Palms up,keep the intake pipe and the arteries paralleled.
3.Wrap the arm band around your arm tightly in the opposite direction,paste together,if can place one finger into it,then it is the most appropiate.
4.Keep the arm band paralleled to the heart,palms up.
5.Press the ON/OFF button,keep relaxed and start measuring.then the results will display after 40 seconds.
