How to operate
1.Keep relax before measuring,sit down quietly for a moment.
2.Wrap the cuff directly against your skin,bold the bottom part of the cuff and wrap it around the wrist so it fits comfortably and securely around your wrist.
3.Press the ON/OFF button,keep relaxed and start measuring.then the results will display after 40 seconds.
