操作方法
1.測定する前にリラックスしてください。しばらく静かに座ってください。
2.パームアップ、アームバンドを心臓に平行に置きます。
3.腕のバンドを腕の周りに反対方向にしっかりと描き、1本の指を置くことができれば、それが最も適切なものです。
4.アームバンドを心に平行にして、手のひらを維持します。
