작동 방법
1. 측정하기 전에 긴장을 풀고 잠시 조용히 앉으십시오.
2. 팔을 위로, 팔 밴드를 심장과 평행하게 놓으십시오.
3. 팔 주위에 팔 밴드를 반대 방향으로 단단히 붙잡고 함께 붙여 넣고 한 손가락을 넣을 수 있다면 가장 적합한 것입니다.
4. 팔 밴드를 심장과 평행하게 유지하고 손바닥을 올려 놓으십시오.
5. 켜기/끄기 버튼을 누르고 긴장을 풀고 측정을 시작하면 40 초 후에 결과가 표시됩니다.
